He bid on a project to do some data extraction for a map. One day later he told me he could not do it, annoying but ok. I asked him to remove him self from project and he said fine and said sorry for delay and he could not do it etc and would take him self off project. and he did not, I had to make a dispute, and then he made a counter claim for $70.00 (almost double the amount). Only after 5 days of many many many many many messages did he remove him self from project. I dont see him as been a bad person, actually I guess I can tell though the sub-text he is actually quite a fun and intelligent person. But he clearly had no respect for following process with this project with me in this instant. It was clearly all one big joke to him. I know that freelancers bid on work, and then relalise they can not do it. But after then when they have admitted themselves they can not do, and they dont remove themselves from the project it is highly annoying, I should not have a counter claim for 70. I should not of had to keep asking him again and again and again to remove himself, i should not be in a position where I am even having to write this. But I am , because he put me in this postion. Prehaps he will think again before messing with a someone who just wants to do honest clean business.
