Need Some CSS Fixes on WordPress Website

Took her way to long to complete the CSS fixes. She did not complete the full job and was only focused on getting feedback. She changed the CSS and would not fix the issue unless I left feedback on the first milestone. Very difficult to work with and will NOT be using again in the future.

This developer once I gave his access to my hosting site, he deleted all of the site then demanded $1,500 to restore my site. After 15 days, he then requested $400. He would send me skype texts over 1,000 "Hello" until I responded. He would say that his father is in the hospital and dying.. big lie! I paid him $100 because I needed the site up. For five days I waited for him to upload my site, but then disappeared! Please don't trust him, he uses skype to communicate and his profile is a beautiful European woman, his freelancer profile picture is also a woman, but in reality is a Man!
