of rotating bending testing machine

Role:
• Design 3D models for all machine components (table, motor, shaft, bearing & drill chuck).
• Components selection (bearing types, shaft diameter…etc)
• Make fatigue study & presentation

Fatigue Testing Machine

Project Objective:
• A freelance project of designing an E-rickshaw from A – Z
for educational purpose.
• The client wanted a detailed design for the vehicle chassis,
rear axile, brake sys, steering sys & vibration dampening sys.
Role:
• Design 3D models for all of the objects mentioned above.
• FEA analysis on chassis & Steering angle calculations.

Electric Rickshaw

Project Objective:
• Design and Manufacturing a skid & lifting frame for Triplex pump
• Design and manufacturing of pump, gear box and engine
seats & alignment plates.
• The design shall be suitable for two Cases:
1. The triplex pump driven with a diesel CAT engine.
2. The triplex pump driven with an electric motor

Role:
• Design & make shop drawing for all of the objects mentioned above.
• Lifting calculations & center of gravity for all package for both cases .

Triplex Pump-set & Lifting Frame

Project Objective:
• An enclosure was needed for installing a Waukesha generator set with a horizontal radiator & Muffler.
• Piping lines between the gas engine and radiator (water pipelines).
• Gas pipelines from the gas engine to the feed line (out of the container).

Role:
• Modify an existing container to be suitable for carrying the package without failure.
• The chosen container was carrying a package of 16 ton so I had to redesign and modify both the skid &
lifting frame to withstand a 22 ton package without failure .
• Calculation of: package center of gravity for lifting / Air ventilation CFM to specify the N.O fans needed.
• Design and shop drawing of the pipe lines (Gas & water lines).
• Project Supervision & follow up with customer and fabrication team to meet the customer requirements.
