If I placed a bid in your project, at least one of the following applies: (i) you have a focused project with clear requirements, in which case I have carefully read the specs and I'm confident it's viable and I have adequate expertise to deliver quality work under my bid conditions. (ii) you have a small project and/or I placed a cheap and/or strangely short bid, in which case you probably received a private message with details. It's possible I have a solution ready or an extremely efficient way to have the project done. (iii) you project is innovative, and/ or curious. I have a tendency to place lower bids in projects that challenge my skills. Perhaps that's the case :-) In case none of that applies, It's possible I'm not a good match -- or booked out -- and that's why I did not place a bid. The Freelancer platform is fantastic in that it connects a very broad diversity of people. Sometimes the competition is tough and I leave projects for more "experienced" or incautious bidders :-) If you landed here by recommendation of another client, he's probably right. Feel free to invite me to bid. Also, if you're not clear about an appropriate technology stack, a cheap & effective way to start the project on the right track is to pay me a coffee in Rio de Janeiro/Brazil.
