Project for Talal Mansoor

PDF was provided early for him to review before starting. He promised he can do it, but ended up blaming the PDF being unclear, which he could have mentioned earlier. Asked for an extension, and promised to delivery. When deadline is up, he provided me with a half done job. His reason? "and by my word yes i given you the drawing but with whatever could be done" and also "i haven't given you the same drawing copy pasted". This freelancer thinks it is okay to provide copy and pasted work, and okay to submit half done work. AVOID AT ALL COST. DO NOT HIRE. WHATEVER HE PROMISE, IS EMPTY. DO NOT TRUST!
