We had some specific parameters we wanted to work with and while Michael maintained the integrity of the approach, he also proposed other solutions to reach our objectives. He was diligent in getting each component of the website to our satisfaction. He is also patient in spite of the many "tweaks" the Board wanted to make beyond the initial delivery of work.
