I have completed Bachelors and Masters in Urban and Regional Planning. I have a professional career of more than 8 years in the field of Geographic Information System (GIS), Remote Sensing, Modern township planning. With extensive knowledge and experience I can confidentially do any GIS related tasks. I am able to create, edit and process maps and GIS. I have a high level of proficiency in GIS Software like: ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS, ArcGIS Online, QGIS, Google Earth Pro and Google Maps. I also prefer to work with AutoCAD civil 3d, Google Sketch up and Lumion, Adobe Photoshop etc. for urban design projects. I consider myself as an analytical Thinker who knows the fundamentals of GIS techniques, approaches, and applications. I understand how to incorporate imagery and data into a geographical-oriented database system Specialties. I use a wide range of programs and perform various tasks. Tasks that I can perform: • I can Create surface and topographic material ( DSM, DTM, contours, DEM geotiff, Slope etc ). • Georeferencing and digitization rasters, making maps from various sources. • Create maps ( NDVI - vegetation, NDWI - water, Thermal map, LandUse), digitization ( Road, house, rivers etc ) • Downloading images from Google Maps, Bing, marking places and vectorize. • Convert Kml/kmz/GPS/Autocad file to ArcGIS and vice versa. • Map Coordinate System and Map Projection. • Geo referencing satellite image. • Digitization of scanned image. Convert it to Point, line, polygon shapefile. • Spatial Analysis or any Geoprocessing Analysis. • Preparing Density Map, risk map etc • Suitability analysis, Network Analysis and any other advanced Now I am working as Lead GIS trainer at Practical Action Consulting. Where I Successfully completed GIS training of 100 1st class engineers of BREB, DESCO, PDB, NESCO, OZOPADICO as Lead GIS Trainer. The topic of the training was Fundamentals of GIS, Distribution of the electrical line through GIS, Suitable site selection of an electrical substation, Use of Hand GPS, RTK & Total Station for Data Collection, Google Earth Engine, Network analysis and other advance GIS Topics. Previously I worked as Senior GIS Specialist at Jamuna Group of Industries Limited and GIS Specialist as Habitat Planning Associates Limited. I am a dedicated and fast worker while at the same time reliable, communicative and self-motivated. I take every job seriously and give my best to complete the job as per Client's satisfaction. My goal is to work in strong relationships with clients while delivering high quality results. I am based in Bangladesh, however I am able to work any hours.
