I have 5 years experience with Customer Service, most of which was working from home. In 2009, I studied Photography for 2 years. I have been a Project Manager for a retail maintenance company for 2 years now and have excelled greatly in my position. Last year, I became the trainer for new employees. My work includes managing retail accounts, by being the main contact for corporate, making sure their stores issues get fixed. I am responsible for sending technicians out to the job, sending parts, quoting extensive jobs that require more work, updating the home office, being on-call after hours and much more.
