modify, upgrade, internationalize a flash file

1. make the NCAA Logo at the bottom right of [login to view URL] into a swapping of several logo swfs at every reload eg. [login to view URL] - Internationalization for all text strings (eg. slogans: Basketball..., menu texts: Traction Mats, Bottom menu texts ...) create a flashvar for loading specific localization file in UTF8 encoding eg. lang=zh_TW -> it loads [login to view URL] (traditional chinese) lang=zh_CN -> it loads [login to view URL] (simplified chinese) - The color and placement of slogans should be the same or better - I will provide the chinese and other language texts - the english version should still work the same - make all URL references [login to view URL] configurable or relative so i can switch domain name 3. may need to upgrade the AS2 to AS3 in flash some java 6 message box are seen with the file recently with newer version of IE or firefox need to identity what the issue is, happened at the first download of the page.
