Who Are We? We are a business to consumer product with a mobile application that enables on-demand storage in retail stores in four major markets: New York City, Washington DC, Boston and Philadelphia. We utilize existing space to facilitate transactions between customers looking for short-term storage and retail stores willing to hold for a fee. Your role is to manage all of our company’s customer and retail store support. You must become learn the needs of our business quickly and communicate our brand voice. You will work closely with the CEO acting as his right hand person. All training manuals will be handed off to you so you can learn quickly Responsibilities (in order) Daily website live chat Daily customer reservation management Check-in and check-out customers as needed Refunds through Stripe Daily answer customer and store calls during business hours Daily customer and retail store follow up response emails 1 per week curate Twitter, Facebook and Linked with articles Bi-monthly email blast to current and new users (will export from database into Mailchimp) Calendar scheduling as needed Must be “very” proficient in the following Strong written and verbal skill Google Drive suit of services (Spreadsheets, docs, etc.) Hootsuite (social media management Stripe Excel as needed Other Requirements Highly organized and punctual Fast learner Work with honesty and integrity Aim to delight Easter Standard Time Work Hours Monday: 8am - 1pm Tuesday: 8am - 1pm Wednesday: 8am - 1pm Thursday: 8am - 1pm Friday: 8am - 1pm Saturday: 10am - 3pm Sunday: 10am - 3pm Total Hours - 40
