Seeking experienced Wordpress and Javascript programmer also skilled with Google Maps integration and detailed customization

This is my first time hiring a programer through Freelancer. Will put money in escrow to show that I am serious. If you are interested, please be willing to briefly chat with me before I award you the project. I am looking for a programer that can assist me with various projects on a new website long term. If all goes well on this first project, my partner and I plan to continue to send work to the programer on an ongoing basis. No shortage of work. There is a lot to be done. The first job that I am now posting is identified below: This job requires an experienced Wordpress and Javascript programer with Google Maps integration and Google Maps customization experience to make coding changes to a previously purchased theme. The site is hosted using Wordpress managed hosting within the Godaddy interface. The theme is "AIT [login to view URL] Business Finder" which provides a business directory with Google Maps integration. We do NOT want to change the current theme. The programer we are seeking MUST have all three of these selected skills: Javascript programming, Wordpress programming and experience with managed Wordpress hosting through the Godaddy interface along with Google Maps integration and the ability to customize the Google Maps interface on our site. The specific additions and changes that we would like to have done to the look and functionality of our current site are listed as follows: 1. Change "Search" field boxes to add a zip code search with keeping radius slider in miles not kilometers. Remove "keyword", "category", "locations" fields; 2. Have "Search" result display sorted in mileage distance from zip code, with the mileage from search location prominently displayed (possibly in red); 3. Keep geo-search option (FOR MOBILE USERS) with same fields as above with search results sorted in mileage distance from geo location; 4. We would like to model the search and display functionality after a couple of different websites.
