I am having many 404 pages which came from permalinks change. It happened 2 month ago and i loose keywords position. i need someone who knows how to use webmaster tools and can change my permalinks without redirection so the urls will be like it was 2 month ago.

Hi As permalinks were changes 2 months ago, your new URL structure must have been indexed by Google and that's why you are getting 404 errors for your old structure of links. If you revert back to old link structure then Google will reindex your "new" structure and will throw 404 errors for the current links. The better way is to create 301 redirects for all old urls to your current ones. It will take some time time to pass link juice to your current links. But it will be better.
