Complete Menu and Footer Design using Bridge Wordpress Theme

I am needing a Wordpress developer that can finish the menu and footer styling of a Wordpress theme.
The theme is Bridge and the work is 80% done. Work that needs to be done:
- Styling tweaks to menu and adding logo icons (Facebook for example)
- Styling tweaks to footer design
- upload homepage banner (design elements already loaded to media library) OR can be supplied as needed at specific dimensions as needed.
Urgent project, need to be complete within 6 hours. I estimate the job to take 1-2 hours as recommended by my developer who is unavailable to finish project for me.
