hotkeys to switch windows focus to specific windows

1. The program should be able to display a list of currently open windows on your pc, 2. you can double click a window from the list and it will open a box stating that it is waiting for you to enter a key combo, this window will also display your key combo as you enter it. 3. Upon setting a key combo for a particular window it should save this information in a flatfile. 4. the program should match the window to a hotkey depending on the title of the window. 5. upon pressing your key combo it will switch your PCs current window focus to that specific window. 6. the program should automatically load the saved hotkeys from the flatfile on program open. 1.1. In that same window that lists all your currently open windows, if a window already has a hotkey assigned a "forget" button should be displayed to remove the hotkey.
