FFmpeg command - zoom out or in on a mp4 video file

We're looking for a command in FFmpeg that will allow us to digitally zoom in or out on a video clip definable items: - -where to zoom to/from in (7 quadrants: upper left, upper right, middle left, middle right, center, lower left, lower right) - when to start the zoom - whether to zoom in or out (zoom out begins in one of the above quadrants) - if possible how long to take to zoom (period of time the zoom takes place), definable speed to zoom at (e.g. how many frames it take to complete the zoom) Most examples on the internet are for creating a video from images and using digital zoom, we need to use an mp4 file and zoom in or out of it. This is for a windows version of ffmpeg
