citrix xendesktop can't login

Hello everyone have got a wyse Thin client system model no: TX0 part no: 909576-02l My thin client came with a citrix Xendesktop OS but i cant access it, because it has a username and password which i don't know,i need someone who can put me through on how i can login to it. via team viewer or other [login to view URL] i will attach the wyse thin client picture,so you can see it image and the logon window
