We are in need of performing load / stress testing a website (online store), based on the Magento e-commerce platform. We've looked at various cloud options, but like to evaluate proposals from a contractor who has done this type of work before. We like to characterize the website's performance based on recorded macros of virtual users with several variables, simulate average/peaks loads, see curves, find the ceiling and breaking point, and get recommendations. Please include what platform, ie Apache JMeter, or others, with a description of your experience, tools, and provides samples of your test plans and/or reports.
