Hi, my name is Enrique. I am an active player of the game Dota 2 and currently possess a wide variety of skins in which I intend to continuously use and trade around the market. Live websites similar to this contain overcharged taxes through every transaction, and those that do not are region restricted. My long term plan is to have a website created which is accessible internationally with low tax rates through each transaction. I am looking for someone who is familiar with the game of Dota 2. You must be able to create and design a website layout for this, as well as increment PayPal or credit card transactions within the website. I will need an excellent security and protection system around the website as this deals with continuous transactions between money and items of high value. Lastly, it is also compulsory that you are capable of creating 'AI's" or "Bots" in steam which can automatically trade other real users for transactions with the website.
