Web Build with Login Section for Members

Seeking Web Design with a basic 5 page public facing front. 1.) Home. This will contain header bar with (Home, About, Subscribe, Contact and Login tabs). A sliding bar with a few predetermined images. Small social icon links in bottom right. Copyright/Privacy Policy links at bottom. Small section in middle for text featuring a site introduction. 2.) About. This page will contain backround imagery with and about section consisting of text. 3) Subscribe. This will be contain a backround image and three boxes containing text on three different subscription tiers. With a button under each which enables the user to subscribe and pay a nominal fee via paypal. That should link to a payment page where personal information can be gathered and payment processed. 4.) Login. This page should give the user the ability to login once approved and a user name and password provided. 5.) Contact. Simple contact form. 6.) Once logged in, I'll be looking to display three different pages of content pending the subscription type the user has chosen. This will need to be content manageable so it can be changed on a daily basis by myself. 7.) An additional 3 pages will be required behind the paywall where I can post content behind the paywall. I'm open to suggestions whether this is best suited to Wordpress, Joomla etc and will take the lead of the successful candidate in this regard as he/she will be the expert. This is also the MVP which I need to bring in on budget in order to grow the product. Once this has been achieved there will be lots more ongoing work for the successful candidate.
