In particular I have two type of users , a user that is offering a resource in exchange of payment and a user that is demanding a resource to be available at the last moment. An example could be a machine shop of PCB working at not completely full capacity and a user that can send his schematic and order a small amount of prototype at the last moment. I need a template in Ruby on Rails where to start, including development platform and an example of a database already created that I can modify. Project Description A booking resource web app, where an offer user can receive a payment (10 days delayed) for its free capacity and a demand user can receive its requirement quickly. Example : one or more manufacturing companies running a machine shop that is manufacturing PCB may not working at its full capacity. A demand user can send his schematic and receive a quote with price and lead time for its prototype. Very Simple Android Project. - Offer user can choose from a simple table the number of machines he wants to make available and its shift availabilty - For highlight its presence, the offer user must be able to send periodically information to the server such as machine availability - an Offer user must receive an offer through app on the mobile or pc that somebody wish using its capacity, name, when and offer type (manufacturing of PCB, space in the delivery truck etc) - A demand user must be able to insert its slot requirement, a field that can be a file such as pdf or other format (to be sent to the offer) and its required delivery time -the demand user must sign up with its vat number, address etc - a demand user can requires another time of slot, for instance can interface with another kind of offer user that can offers space on its track for delivery.
