Use Expression Web or Frontpage to help edit my site

I have a large web site about TV at [login to view URL] We use Microsoft Frontpage extensions on the site, which means we use either Frontpage or Expression Web to edit the site. I need a responsible person to help me with editing the site on a regular basis. This is not a one-time job. We have daytime soap recaps and other pages that change weekly. I need someone to do a lot of copying, pasting, renaming, and moving of files within the site every weekend. It's better if you can use Frontpage, but Expression Web will work, for the most part. If you don't know these programs, you must learn one, and I can help you with this. Frontpage is not free, but Expression Web is a free download. These are older programs that are no longer easily available or supported. You must be good at following directions and careful at doing the work without making many mistakes. We don't "publish" the files; we edit them live on the site. Besides these files, there may be other files I need you to work on occasionally. Our site is not well funded. I pay for this with my own money. I don't want to pay more than $35 per month. Please don't ask me to pay you ahead of time. You must first show me previous work you've done online with HTML or with these programs. You must have a reliable internet connection and some free time. If English is not your first language, you must be able to communicate with me and understand what I'm saying, particularly my instructions. Pay may increase if I can count on your and you do more work!
