Update WordPress Site

You must be a seasoned WordPresser. We want solutions and we do not want custom coding or scripts. Project: Architectural Glass and Metal Fabricators We have a slick looking site that requires: 1. Quick Assessment 2 Recommend, Install & Configure new updates (maintenance to site), plugins etc. We will pay for good professional plugins and prefer them over the free versions. a. New "Projects" Photo Gallery Plugin (we'll pay for a good one must be able to take, descriptions, search tags and also be searchable from the site). b. New Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer (plugin) so we can upload one or multiple presentations c. Assess and add needed plugins and updates needed for security d. Remove all unused and unnecessary plugins 3. Connect to Dropbox / Microsoft OneDrive for easy access to documents, images and architectural drawings. 4. Mobile Ready a. assess existing template. b. We would like to be able to upload new pics and descriptions from mobile phones and tablets from any job site. 5. Video a. What's the best way to handle video libraries? Please recommend a plugin. We will probably look to embed videos from our (yet to be setup YouTube site). 6. Website Submission form updated to the latest most secure from spam with notifications to both email and sms. Optional: I may publish this as a separate job: 7. Social Media Extensions We would like to syndicate our content without adding additional work. When we publish to the website we expect to automatically connect to the social platforms that we are connected to and we'd also like the replies from social media pages to flow back in the form of emails with descriptive tags. Example: From Twitter (with Time & Date stamp). 8. Photoshop editing of gallery images and adding brand treatments with detailed SEM tags and descriptions for optimizing results and rankings.
