Shopify Store - Mountain Maid Fudge

Looking for someone that can build a professional looking website on Shopify for me. This is not a main sales channel for the business but I should have it so I would like to keep it cost effective month to month and therefore stick to a standard template option. In saying that, I want it to look creative and polished like the samples they advertise. I play in the world of chocolate so the site should look wonderfully tempting.
It will have 4 or 5 pages with a small amount of text in addition to the online store. I can provide the text in whatever format you require and I am competent on Photoshop so I can provide images at whatever size you require them. All product images will come already deep etched.
Initially there are only about 25 products available in 3 sizes. I would like to be able to add products on myself as time goes by so not sure if you are able to provide a basic guide/procedure on how to do that but that would be great, please include in costing. I haven't had trouble loading the products but I just can't make the site look polished and eye catching. It looks like someone did it at home.
I also have no idea how this all works and when the pages are ready - how does it get loaded? Do you do it or is it simple for me to do? I am not sure if you are simply playing in the Shopify Account we setup or what? So patience and communication will be appreciated.
If you could also give me a time frame once you accept the project that would be great and the information/bits and pieces you will require from me to complete the project.
