Set Office 365 and sharedrive setup for my team and teach me

I have a job, which could possibly be split into three parts and three people.
The first part is support in setting up share point and Outlook 365.
The second part is a redesign and configuration off my website.
The biggest part however least urgent, is support in setting up the Zoho CRM work.
Background. We are a remote team of five and using different software and cloud systems. Now i want want all to migrate to outlook 365 and sharepoint and use cloud-based security software to track user miss behavior. For example: this voild be bettercloud, but a solution that works with Microsoft. All this needs to be set up in the next 2-3 weeks. I think for an educated and experienced person this should not take more than 3-4 hours. However we have a lot more work to do.
The second job double: For example my website needs to be re-drafted. this work is expected to be somewhere around 15 to 20 hours.
Thirdly: I am also looking for a Zoho CRM expert, who can help automate our systems and website integration. Integrate a phone bridge and other work. This work could be another 20 to 25 hours. I am happy to split these three work streams into three people. But my preference would be to have one person do all three of this.
We are partly working for financial industry in Germany and a half high requirements for confidentiality. The work might need you to sign and additional confidentiality agreement with us plus provide full details personal of yourself.
