I have domain name. I would like a site created that is a Sales Rep rating site. I am currently considering all the functionality, but in concept a consumer would find the site and rate the sales/service received from the rep in their most recent transaction. The profile can be created by the rep or the consumer. The rep cannot alter the ratings provided by the consumer. The rating will be accumulated over time and will also also show individual results. The consumer sign-in needs to be validated and authenticated. The Sales Rep sign-in needs to be validated and authenticated. The site needs to be secure. I would like to manage and own the back-end data when completed. I want to own the IP when finished.
