Rewriting/Updating current application website [login to view URL]

My business application website of 50+ pages is growing old. It is 15 yrs old and getting outdated. It was developed by me, in college, using classic ASP and SQL and some javascript. I am getting feature requests from my customers and I look at the code and dont even want to touch it. It needs a make-under. I would like to start on a remake of the site using .NET HTML CSS and JS using Bootstrap specifically to make it mobile friendly. I dont feel a need to redo the database models/logic, just the application and client facing layers. There is no rush as I intend to set up the new site in parallel while leaving the old site operational until the big switch. Im also looking for a new host for the site. Something like amazon AWS or microsoft azure, which i will setup prior to starting development. I will be available to help/guide the freelancer along the way. I have the skills to do this project myself, but I am too busy with other projects.
Must be familiar with Git as the code is to be hosted in my private BitBucket respository.
