Mobile Web Pages from Static HTML pages and conversion from AC_RunActiveContent.js

We need mobile website development from existing static HTML pages and conversion from [login to view URL] to something that can run on our main site and on most smartphones. We have a very simple static website with 4 pages (plus included header, footer, menu and a flash page) On the main page we use [login to view URL] which needs Adobe Flash to run. We use it to rotate pictures. Adobe flash does not run native on an Android phone and is becoming less popular for desktop viewing. We need 6 things: 1. The successful bidder must complete this project within 4 days of award or less. Please do not bid on this project if you cannot deliver on time. 2. We wish to retain the same look and feel that we currently have, but we need to upgrade away from [login to view URL] to some other picture rotating system that works on most platforms using a static HTML site (Not ASP) That new method should not be subject to malware injection like [login to view URL] currently is. 3. We need recommendations and justification for the new, proposed picture rotating system. We need to just a little education. 4. We need to be able to edit the file that links to the pictures, change the number of pictures and change the text that the bottom of the pictures. That text does not move. We want the same look and feel as well as the same ability to edit and re-use the engine on a different site. 5. We wish to have true mobile pages as well. This means creating the necessary detection code on the site and the m. pages so our rotating images work in the mobile page as well if the full site is run on the smartphone. 6. Both the full site and the mobile site should be posted on YOUR server for us to see and test. Once approved, we will install it on our site for review. When we see that we can upload it to our server, edit the pictures, edit the text as we like and understand it, then we will make payment. A fully functioning ZIP copy of the website is attached. Before accepting, you are welcome to send me sample links to other rotating picture sites that you have done – and an explanation of why you thinks it will solve our problem with [login to view URL] and why it will look good on a mobile device.
