Job Description :
Expertise as Remedy developer in Design, Development, Implementation and Administration of Remedy Action Request System (6.x, 7.x, 8.x and 9.x)
Expertise in Remedy Force, CMDB and Change Management end to end implementation
Good Knowledge of ITIL Process and ITSM best practices, working knowledge on SharePoint.
Should have Wide experience in installing/upgrading/configuring and administering Remedy ARS Server and Remedy ITSM 6.x/7.x/8.x/9.x
Smart IT and Smart Reporting administration experience
Experience in Administering/Configuring/troubleshooting Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Asset Management and SRM
CMDB Administration skills
Feeding data into the CMDB from different sources
Technical BMC ITSM skills Mandatory
