I have created a “how to” practical guide for individuals to learn real estate land development. As part of this guide, there are separate documents to help the reader execute a land development project. My plan is to create a land development website where subscribers can go to purchase and download the guide and its tools along with other downloadable documents and products. The site would be linked to a blog where I can continue an engagement with the subscribers and offer on-going services.

I need the following services:

1. Editing my Site Selection and Land Development Guide for publication.

2. Print designer for the Guide’s front and back cover and pages.
