Job Position : Product manager of E-commerce- (Kiev Ukraine)

Attention: Applicants limited in Kiev, Ukraine 1. Product manager can be looked as “product owner” and “Mini-CEO” responsible for managing and planning every details of product lines. 2. Select and introduce new products into our “product pool”. Create new & manage existing listings for all online marketplaces and our independent online-shop platform. 3. Research potential new items using online marketplace sales/ranking data. Monitor eCommerce trends and devise merchandising strategies 4. Create marketing strategy and ,manage online marketing campaigns. provide valuable contribution in strong concepts on all types of platforms (including but not limited to: SEO, SEM, Social Media, E-Commerce, Programmatic Buying) 5. Monitor sales and resolve any issues that may arise. Manage bad product reviews and RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) issues. Manage inventory. 6. Create and build interior team working for your business targets and missions. Work closely with other team members 7. Assist to finish other works which arranged by the business owner of a start-up Basic requirements: 1. Familiarity with the rules and process of online marketplace platforms, such as Ebay, Amazon and the other popular online marketplaces. The ability of operating independent online shop is preferred. 2. Upper-intermediate level of English/Chinese is a plus. Good communication and organizational skills; 3. Self-motivation and proactiveness; 4. A knowledge of standard software packages and internet marketing; 5. Additional requirements: Passion towards start ups, technology and innovation. Full of entrepreneurial enthusiasm. Diligence, carefulness, and responsibility. Compensation: 1. 8000-10000 UAH per month 2. a high rate of profit sharing.(An addition to salary) .operation mechanism is “partner, competition and elimination”. provide the fund for partners to start their projects, a high rate of profit sharing except the basic salary. 3.
