We are looking to clone an app that exists today in both app and playstore. We are not looking to make 100% copy of the app, but we need to build an app that has "the same" features and does the same, only for a different market.

We don't need to create an actual website for that, we can do it ourselves. We also have a designer that can design all elements, but if you have someone that can do it faster/cheaper, we are willing to work with them.
The budget range is set very wide, as we need to start a dialogue with an experienced team that can manage this job - we expect this to be a longer relationship, but we are price conscious. You need to have experience in publishing the apps. We are willing to start with one version (iPhone) then move on to Android later. Keep than in mind when bidding.
You first challenge is to get to installing the app, as I think they are GEO locked to Denmark.
