HTML, CSS, BOOTSTRAP 4.0, JAVASCRIPT, JQUERY, TEXT ANIMATIONS

Hello all Webpage development using HTML, CSS, SVG, JAVASCRIPT, JQUERY, PHP, TEXT ANIMATIONS. NO WORDPRESS NEEDED PLEASE. The design required will be provided as png or jpg or may be a video file and is it to be converted in HTML using above technologies. The html webpage must look exactly same as the design provided and must be compatible with most browsers. This is to be completed in 5 days. Just because we are very occupied so will not be available for any discussions etc. once design is provided so the html page could be created. Once HTML work is completed we would like to see it in the video only using a few browsers. The payment will be paid right away once video show the work is done as required. The video must be done properly and movie in it must be stable so that the demo is assessed properly. The work could then be very regular for the right company or developer if produced as the design and in timely manner. The design provided must follow the NDA.
