Finish Musician's Website!

I am looking for someone with a good artistic eye and experience with Joomla to finish my website, www.brandonwalkermusic.com. Here is what I would like done: 1. Change my front page to a blog page so that each new entry has a date and stacks on top of the older entries. 2. Post my songs and videos in the "Music" section in a presentable way and make it easy so that I can post them in the future. 3. My site currently looks too black and white. Perhaps it could use a different background. I'm open to suggestions! 4. I currently use a mass email client that does not function well at all. I have an email list of 500 fans and only 50 of them receive my mass emails even though my host allows for more. I would like help finding a new mass mail client or help in transferring my current list to mozilla Thunderbird.
