I have a design and all design components from our graphic designer. I need someone very professional to develop me the web page based on the design. I do need parallax effect, make sure the code is as clean as possible, and most importantly i need it to be mobile responsive. I do not have the mobile responsive design, but you should be able to put that together yourself based on the main design Ill give you. NO JQuery or any other unnecessary JS libraries should be used. This is only for ONE page development and if you do a good job, I will need the rest of the pages shortly. You should be able to join our Slack channel and communicate with our designer through there.
