You will be working for a new start-up helping in growing the organization that offers opportunities to learn and grow within the E-Commerce field. You will have a strong understanding of sales, marketing, e-commerce, and training. The job done remotely perfect for somebody whom is interested in joining a start-up. Must be a self-starter, and hate the rat race. As our ideal candidate, you will have a strong knowledge base of product positioning, e-commerce marketing, and brand strategy. As an E-Commerce Merchandising and National Account Sales Representative your job duties will include, but not limited to: • Manage the merchandising of products and categories on the company website. • Maintain the integrity and presentation of the products through the e-commerce channel. • Manage key customer accounts and held accountable for sales goals by the brand. • Develop strategies to grow assigned accounts, address questions on product offerings and specifications, conduct on site product training at customer locations, lead key account meetings and, and conduct customer visits. • Review and analyze internet sites regularly to ensure accuracy and make recommendations on product placement, current vs. discontinued products, application images, brand logo and strategy, and overall brand placement. • Develop promotional and marketing strategy for each account focused on product placement and presentation on-site at customer locations, identify promotional content to support brand awareness, and capitalize on the strengths of each brand. • Manage company website merchandising and search experience to support sales optimization efforts and customer acquisition and transaction goals. • Continuously identify new ways to develop, implement, and support on-site merchandising and marketing strategies. • Ensure web advertising best optimizes content and supports sales objectives. • Develop and conduct product and sales training across brands for key accounts. Qualifications: • Expert in Marketing, Sales, Communications, E-Commerce, Merchandising, or Business. • A minimum of two years of experience in account management, sales, marketing, e-commerce, or training. • Exposure and knowledge of product positioning, e-commerce marketing, and brand strategy is highly preferred. • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). • Strong analytical abilities to compile and analyze performance data and metrics and make decisions based on analysis results. • Strong project management abilities and capabilities to meet deadlines. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • An entrepreneurial mind-set with the ability to multi-task and work well in a collaborative team environment. • Ability to travel to must have a car or bike
