The project is to build a fashion website where stylists can post tips and sell products. Technologies stack + UI - Angular or React + BE - Java8, Spring (V5, Security, Social) + Source control - Gitlab (I will share repositories with users) + Deployment with dockers (K8S, Helm). Deployment on local(for development) and on production (AWS) + Payment method - Paypal and Credit card (not sure which 3rd party to use) + Database: MongoDB + Login - two methods (username+password, Facebook) + Two layouts development Coding requirements: + Clean and maintainable code - review will be done often + Agile development - able to show a full feature at a time, no waterfall development + Testing of E2E journeys according to the definition: See journies below Design requirements: + There is an initial design (~40 PSD files) + Although the is a design, I would like to adjust the design to use auto-save instead of saving button + Need to define a layout for mobile Milestones and timeline: + Milestones will be created ahead according to progress + Milestones are must be achieved + Missed milestone - Not meeting timeline will cause penalty. (missing milestone causes a reduction of $50 for each week of delay) Journey list: + Publish textual tip + Publish video tip + Publish a product + Buy a product + Add stylist About + Add/Remove/Edit stylist recommendation + Add/Edit stylist contact + Show landing page tips + Open tip category page + Cancel tip + Delete tip + Delete Product + Get purchase invoice + Get sell list + Follow tipper + Block follower + Enable follower + Send a message + Get message notification + Get follower notification (More will be added)
