I want good engineer who can create platform service prototype. Required function: - 3 kinds of account ( admin / user / company ) . users and companies can create their account from sign-up page by themselves. - user can signup/sign-in from github account. - from company account, you can post a project ( like [login to view URL] but far more simply. they write title and description about project) - from user account, you can apply project. - send notification email to company if someone apply project. - user can register their basic information (email, self description) and can attach resume(PDF or csv file) to their profile - company can read users' resumes if user apply project of the company. - company and user can chat each other - user can change profile image at user profile page. (modal appears if user click their profile image) - company can change profile image at company profile page. (modal appears if user click their profile image) - when company post project, they are required to to fill: how much they pay, descirption, title - user can search projects by keywords, and amount of money. - admin user can activate / inactivate project by admin dashboard. - users can't see project if project isn't activated by admin user. users can only see activated project. Required version: Ruby 2.4.0 Rails 5.0.1
