Simply explained: I am looking to build a photo gallery / database sort of site. The more detailed part was too long, so I attached it in a text file. I am open to the idea of a fixed price or some sort of hourly setup. However, I think hourly may be better as my requirements are not 100% fleshed out until I speak with the actual developer who will make this site. A lot of it will depend on which frameworks are chosen and how we decide to implement some of the features. I am ideally looking for someone with at least decent knowledge/skills in: css-based design manipulation of html5 frameworks, simple database and some sort of php-based MVC framework for actual code. One other thing to keep in mind is that I am viewing this as a 1.0 version of the site with some planned expansion so this could be an ongoing job once this initial site/launch occurs.

Let me write my understanding. 1. There are main and admin pages. In the main page there are 2 pages, athlete and competition. The pages include table with search box. 2. The main stacks are Laravel and HTML5 Framework. 3. There is no design and I need to develop these pages with simple styles. 4. To manage photo CRUD, I need to develop CMS for it.
