Need fast typist/s (80wpm plus) to produce full & complete transcript of marketing seminar from a streaming video link that is up on the internet. Every single word spoken needs to be captured in typed English. Total 32 files approx.35 hours of video. Typist/s needs to type as presenters talk beacause there is ONLY a PAUSE BUTTON on the link currently, NO REWIND BUTTON. Accuracy needs to by as close as possible to 100%. VERY IMPORTANT: THERE IS NO "BUFFER BUTTON" ie NO REWIND BUTTON, this means that whole seminar needs to be re-recorded with ADOBE PREMIER 3 (OR SOME OTHER VIDEO STREAMING FILE RECORDING SOFTWARE)& then transcribed - to make the job super easy. OR it can all be transcribed automatically with software that is out there. Transcript to look presentable. There is preamble (small talk) that does not relate to marketing (seminar is about marketing & very informative). Transcript must show small talk in small print and the marketing talk shown in normal print. Every time new speaker comes on, their name as a heading needs to appear, making transcript easy to read and follow and refer back too. Needs to be page numbered and with a basic cover. Need captured images from the video links to appear on the front cover and in front of each new chapter/section of the transcript to add appeal. Need all crucial sections in video files to be made into screen shots (to show what video presenters are referring to) and screen shots to be included throughout the manuscript. There is a FULL SCREEN button on the video link. Need manuscript in a Word Document file and to be able to be opened in Word 2000. Video link is on the internet as a Streaming Video. Project is for immediately start. Project to done in 7 days. I am offering only US$20 for the whole project since job is very very easy and for non profit purposes. I only want those that understand the technical aspects of the job and can deliver. Please do not apply if you do not understand the FULL technical aspects of the job. The job is very easy for someone that knows what they are doing. Deliverables: ************* I need is the transcript in a word file. Transcript is to be the full & complete transcript of a marketing video (32 video files in all in a video link on the internet), in Ms Word. I have to be able to open the doc in Ms Word 2000. I need every single word spoken at seminar to be captured all in English as typing, with as close as possible to 100% accuracy. The transcript is to be in English (the videos are also in English). Need transcript to be very presentable i.e. there is some preamble i.e. small talk that does not relate to marketing (the seminar is about marketing). I want the transcript to show the small talk in very small print (to indicate that it is indeed "small talk") as the talk is just rubbish really but I need to show it as I want to a 100% fully transcribed hard copy (by email) of every word spoken at the seminar. I want the marketing talk to be shown in normal print (as this is the most important stuff). Also too, I need the transcript to look "palatable" i.e. every time a new speaker comes one, their name as a heading needs to appear, so that the transcript is easy to read and follow and refer back too. Also, it needs to be page numbered and with a basic cover (I will leave that up to the imagination of the typist) with what ever images they wish to put up on the cover. I would love captured images from the video links that contain the seminar to appear on the front cover and in front of each new "chapter"/section of the transcript. It would add to the appeal of the transcript (there is nothing worse than a boring looking pile of words on paper). There are crucial sections in the video files that would require a snap shot of what the video presenter is referring to and if these can be included in the transcript as say a screen capture shot, that would be really good as it would add to the appeal of the transcript (there is nothing worse than a document that makes reference to something but one can not see it. Hence screen shots are to be included through the manuscripts (say only two or three to each presenter)- screen shots are only to be used to clear up understanding and I will not need too many as the words should education the reader rather than the screen shots. Screen Shots are to appear in the size of say two cigarette packets - to give an idea of the size of the screen shot. I also need the transcript in just a Word Document (I still use Word 2000. And I need it in three days. If the typist takes a bit longer (say an extra day, that is ok too). So I will allow 4 days for the completion of the job. I also want the manuscript to be able to be printed double sided (when I go to print it off from this end). And I also need the word document "open" so that if I need to add or amend something, it can be done from my end. Just an idea, some translation software may be used, but I have been told that it produces many errors. That is why I have asked for a typist since there is now a PAUSE button on the video files. I do not mind what methods are used, it is up to the person taking up this job. Ok, I think that pretty much covers it. Thank you . Louisa.
