OpenCart - Multi-Site Project (Experts only please) - READ

I have two ecommerce sites built using Open Cart. The OpenCart installation has had significant customization and much of the remaining project requires ADVANCED PHP, SQL, CSS knowledge. Currently I have a dedicated Lenox server with HostGator. This allows multiple websites to share data and files. The programmers I used have proven unable to complete the project. I'm looking for one or more EXPERTS in OPENCART to completed art or all of the project. All applicants must be able to prove their expertise. I doubt one programmer will be experienced in all of the features and functions needed so if you have a solution for PART of the project then please advise. The project consists of one backend OpenCart installation and database which manages TWO ecommerce websites. I hope to add a couple more ecom sites in the coming year. One product can be listed on one site, all sites, or any combination. Currently we have under 3000 products but hope to add 2-3 times as many in the coming year or two. There's too much still that needs to be done to list everything here. The sites are live but have a lot of design issues and are missing key features. Some of which are included but not yet completed. In my opinion, the sites are a mess from a design standpoint. I need them to be more professional looking. Listed below are most of the features and functions that need a solution, or in some instances it may be possible to complete what the programmers started. The most important issues are asterisked. 1. Inventory Management, including but not limited to:** a. Drop shipping (in and out).* b. Barcode scanning. c. Products add/update page is missing a few database fields and others have errors.* 2. Invoicing and Order Management, including but not limited to: a. Customer management.* b. Mange sales returns.* c. Equipment rentals management.* d. Mange sales purchase orders. 4. Site Search:** a. Backend - Need ability to filter using almost any database field. This was started but not completed. It may be best to setup Apache SOLR to use for the backend and frontend search. b. Frontend: Need smarter search, or use Apache SOLR as mentioned above. 5. Layout and design:* a. Should be able to complete the page designs started. 6. EBay management, plus other future shopping sites like Amazon, etc.: a. Option 1: If the Magneto eBay auction management software is truly good and useful then it may be possible to set up a backend version of Magneto just to use their eBay software. Data can be exported using XML. b. Option 2: Find way to export products to be listed on eBay directly into Blackthorne' s SQL database and continue to use Blackthorne to manage eBay auctions. * Most important now. ** May require third-party application. This is a fairly large project and more complex than most. But I’ve lost a lot of money (and time) on this and I am only interested in companies who can prove clearly that they would be the best choice for this project, based on their area(s) of expertise. I ask that you be straight forward and honest in any claims you make with regard to your abilities and experience. Where possible, I PREFER TO USE THIRD-PARTY OPEN-SOURCE SOFTWARE. Examples might include: shopping cart, inventory management with barcode scanning, site search (possibly using Apache SOLR), customer management, ebay auction management, data feeds to third-party sites, ad other. Since the original project was built using the OpenCart platform I hope that at least some of the new features can be added as plugins, or possibly build from scratch as reusable plugins, but only as long as this does not add much to the overall cost, and it allows for future expansion. Please assign your best and most experienced people to look at my project and advise me. We need to discuss the project and what you can do on the phone and see if we can negotiate a couple of small to medium tasks to start with before I can consider anyone for the larger portion of the pr
