Fix an eBay Template - that does not display correctly

A custom-made eBay template is not displaying correctly upon first page load. On refresh, the page displays correctly.
I have identified that eBay server sends the template information as a plain HTML on first load, however, on page refresh, the page is sent from the eBay servers as an iFrame, which for some reason displays the page correctly.
An full explanation of the issue and how to recreate is attached.

On first load, the page in the link above should appear mis-aligned across the page.
Now if you refresh the page, it should display correctly.
To replicate the issue again, simply open Chrome in Incognito mode and paste the link in again, the same will happen again. If you try to open the link again in the same browser window, it will always appear correctly because of cookies stored on your computer. Clear them or use Incognito mode to replicate the issue again.
For someone with website design and coding experience, this should be a quick and easy fix / project.
