402912 Logo+Site Design-Ongoing Work

I am seeking a very creative / talented graphic artist/designer. - If you can demonstrate (your talented )in the response to the position, it will go a long way to getting securing a sucessful outcome. This project work will be: -Company Logo (I already have a good idea of how this should look). should be supplied in a format acceptable for print, as well as for use on the site. -Site re-design ([login to view URL]), just making the current skin look professional (colours, fonts layout). -Design of buttons, a few images to make etc. Design options should be given so I can pick best one, then image files should be supplied so the developer can implement the design. ----------- Note: This project is only a small part the of work, that will allow me to see how good the designer is, so I can hire them for more ongoing work. The site is very graphical, most of it is developed in Silverlight. What I need is an ongoing relationship with a good graphics person, regular work will be. this wil start with a small amount of days a month (4+) and increase (8-12+)after the site goes live.
