Development work : Customize Jcomments 2.3.0 - for Joomla 1.5 and 2.5 - Need plugins created to add more functionality to Jcomments

Looking for a JOOMLA 1.5 & 2.5 expert to make customizations to the Jcomments extension. You need to be an expert with this component first of all.
