Virtual Assistant Experienced in Web/Graphic Design $420/mth

I'm desperately seeking a technologically savvy virtual assistant who has knowledge of the following software programs, content management systems, and office tools: (1) Wordpress, (2) Photoshop CS3, (3) Microsoft Word, (4) Adobe Acrobat, (5) Microsoft Excel, (6) XHTML/CSS, and (7) EXCELLENT English skills. All of the aforementioned skills are a MUST! NO EXCEPTIONS! I'm a budding Internet entrepreneur who can only afford to pay $105 week for 6 hours of your time per day (or $3.50 per hour.) This is particularly why I'm looking for someone who is able to work at this rate. If you cannot work at this rate, DO NOT APPLY or ask for more than what I've listed here. Your bid WILL BE IGNORED! I'm available to provide you with 30 hours of work per week which equates to $105 per week or $420 per month. I pay WEEKLY! I will not make you wait an entire month to get paid. In fact, while I prefer to pay by PayPal, I will pay by bank transfer, Western Union, Money Gram, or any method you prefer (you’ll incur the fees to send payment). However, for weekly pay, I need someone who can and will be available for all of the work that I send over. We'll need to be in constant communication either over Gmail Chat, Yahoo Instant Messenger, Skype or some other communication tool. This is a full-time job and I ask that you treat it as such. If you cannot work this job full-time, please do not apply. If you cannot provide attention to the tasks at hand and are prone to illnesses and random days of non-communication (translation: you flake out on assignments), DO NOT APPLY. I need someone who will be available ANY five (5) days of the week, Monday - Saturday between 9:00 am - 6:00 pm PST. (You only need to be available for a block of 6 hours during this time, and can choose those hours.) If you cannot work during Pacific Standard Time (PST), unfortunately, I cannot hire you. You must be able to communicate with me during these hours in order to receive instructions, provide feedback on where you're at in the design process, and ask questions when they arise. If you put your best foot forward, I have no problem giving you raise increases as business increases. Job Duties/Requirements: 1.) Design logos and graphics that I send over to you. 2.) Design occasional eBook covers. 3.) Develop XHTML/CSS landing pages. (I have all of the software!) I can provide Dreamweaver and Adobe Photoshop CS3 if needed; although hiring preference will go to those bidders who have this software already! Possessing the software shows me that you actually know what you’re doing. 4.) Write occasional blog posts (no more than 350 words) 5.) Re-write articles so that they pass Copyscape. 6.) Edit Wordpress blogs 7.) Research email addresses and input into an Excel spreadsheet 8.) Compile keyword research (all directions will be given) 9.) Knowledge of social media properties such as Squidoo, Digg, StumbleUpon, etc required This list is not all inclusive of the tasks I may require, but it does give you a general idea. Your job will consist of 65% graphic and web development (nothing more than logos, banners, setting up blogs, designing landing pages, etc.) The other 35% will comprise of writing and data entry. How It Works: During the morning I'll compile a list of the day's activities. I'll forward said list to you and expect those activities to be completed according to the time frame I provide. Usually you'll have up to 24 hours to complete each task depending on its complexity. However, the majority of your tasks will require them to be completed the same day. I will not overwork you, nor put more on you than you can handle. If at any time you believe a project will require more than the time I’ve given you, simply let me know and we can negotiate turnaround times. Non-Disclosure: I will provide you with quite a bit of sensitive information that will require the utmost attention and care. If at any time passwords, accounts, or information regarding projects I assign to you are disclosed, sold, or shared with anyone, you will be terminated and PayPal charges will be filed against you to recoup any money paid for the information you disclosed. DO NOT BID IF… You are lying about your skill set and will require me to let you go after finding out you CANNOT perform any of the duties I asked. (Please be honest. While I'm only paying $420 per month, this is an income that I feel is sufficient for the work I'm asking to be performed. Please do not lie about what you can do because it wastes my time, and I certainly cannot afford it.) I do NOT and WILL NOT train anyone! I give clear directions and I expect you to ask questions to get a handle on the task, but I will not, for example, show you how to turn a Microsoft Word document into a PDF document.
