19385 Create Simple Flash Banner

I need a Flash banner created to promote Hostgator hosting. I currently have a gif file but the design is too colourful and doesn't match my site http://www.webexplosion.biz. I would like a new banner created that matches the Webexplosion Templates banner next to it in terms or colour scheme, typography and effects. I need this within three hours. I have the fla file for the Templates banner that you can use to edit.
