Hello, We want to enable merchants to accept online payments from buyers in a country from Africa which has a closed economy (means that people dont have access to VISA or Mastercard - similar to Brazil - Local Banks gives local bank cards so people can use ATM and perform payments at stores). We need to develop API that will allow them to use this local bank card to make online payment. We need a developer to make this happen.
