Need to build an automatic dialer using Call Flow designer on 3CX version 15 plus with the following functionalities:

An API to receive calling data (preferably rest)

Number to be dialed

Time (optional)

Extension or Que or multiple extensions (dynamic que)

Campaign ID

Customer ID

The dialer will establish the call automatically one after the other giving a configurable pause between calls

In case the call is not established, the dialer will call an API to pass on the reason

Telephone number not reachable

Reason code

Customer ID

Campaign ID

Provision for a number to opt out of automatic dialer and the admin to option out an extension from dialer

The contracts for the 2 APIs mentioned (one for receiving calling details and one for passing on the not established call information will be provided by us.

The developer has to develop on their environment and deploy in the testing environment provided by us.
