vb visual studio express 2013 project with serial port barcode reading

need to read barcode reader data comming from several ports .please refer excell file attaced as well to get an idea. each serial port reader has different name and shoulb able to add from a form. also about 100 types of barcodes and need to have a form to difime them as well. also shift need to be add to data base throug a form,. main form should have quarry system to view resalt by giving start date time and end date time or shift. all comming date need to be updated to database one line at each 30 mts. ( how manny perticular type of produts pass through that reader within that 30 mts time period. about 6 barcode readers may conected through 6 serial ports. codes must be in visual studio express 2013 and need to transfer all code files
