I need a Xamarin Android and IOS location-based Business n info Sharing app

I have stated developing a xamarin Android app with vs2015 enterprise. But for inadequate of time and skill I wish to contract this job to a very season developer. This developer must create the desired app first in android n then IOS and must supply this source code and relevant files and deployment documentation to me as will be agreed. the major components of the app include: 1. Users must be able to Manage (add,update,delete) there location manually /automatically(GPS) together with the business/info and photos/videos as the case may be through the mobile app and to my database tru a soap webservice (info will be given) 2. Users must be able to browse and explore their request based on a search parameter. Items under this categories will be retrieved and presented to user based on user proximity eg. closest business will be first on the list and so on. Relevant pics and videos will be presented to the user to peruse. 3. Users can finally contact businesses and infos source by chat and video calls the source code together with the compile apk will be supplied as deliverables
