Hi. I'm looking for a developer that can develop a corrective action windows application. The application has to be able to upload a drawing on it's main page. The application has to be able to link with Excel, meaning data from Excel will be used to create symbols onto the uploaded drawing. These symbols are used to convey a form of repair instruction. Please read through the powerpoint presentation and make sure that you understand what's required.
